Cocotine will be exhibiting at Anuga, which will be held from 9 to 13 October 2021 in Cologne, Germany. This two-yearly event is one of the world’s leading trade fairs for the food and beverage, sales and takeaway industry, with over 170,000 trade visitors from 200 countries and 7,500 exhibitors from 100 countries (2019 figures). This year, Cocotine is pleased to join them and share its new products.

Transformation: this year’s watchword

The 2021 Anuga trade fair embraces the theme of transformation. Numerous events will take place on this theme including food production methods, new consumption trends, and solutions to social and environmental imperatives. For instance, the New Food Conference and the Newtrition X summit herald the food consumption of tomorrow at a crossroads between advances in technology and environmental needs.

This event is an opportunity for all visitors and exhibitors, whose stands are divided into categories (Fine Food, Dairy, Chilled and Fresh Food, etc.), to identify trends and establish international contacts.

Discover Cocotine’s latest flavours

Our teams at the Cocotine stand are excited to give trade visitors a taste of our latest speciality products! Following a long R&D process and multiple tests, we are proud to add egg bites and 63-degree eggs to our catalogue.

Egg bites have been designed as easy-to-prepare products for restaurant owners, with a very short reheating time in the microwave or oven. These handy, delicious bite-sized morsels are also healthy, being high in protein and low in fat. Available in several flavours (cheddar and pork or turkey bacon, 3 cheese, and tomato and basil), our egg bites are ideal for various eating options.

Another product you can taste at our stand is the 63-degree egg. This egg is thoroughly cooked for 45 minutes at a low temperature and features a melt-in-the-mouth texture and perfect flavour. Supplied in pasteurised packaging, the 63-degree egg can be prepared at the last minute and makes it easy to use hen’s eggs in catering situations without any of the inherent risks.

Lastly, visitors can discover or rediscover the taste of our egg wraps. These provide a healthy snack high in protein and are a great alternative to traditional wheat or corn tortillas. They offer an interesting option for table dining and takeaway sales.

We will also be presenting new free-range and animal welfare products: liquid whole egg, boiled eggs, plain and cheese gourmet omelettes, and more.

Join us from 9 to 13 October at the trade fair to taste our products, or join us online at Anuga@home to chat about your needs!
