They make for the perfect protein-rich, gluten-free alternative to a wheat or corn tortilla, and can be served hot or cold in recipes for sandwich wraps, samosas, sushi or even gratins. At breakfast, lunch or dinner, surprise your diners with this delicious product!

Cocotine Egg Wraps are frozen products made from free-range eggs laid in France.
In their packaging designed specifically for optimal storage and reheating, they can be kept for up to 18 months at -18°C.
They are easy to use and can be thawed in the refrigerator in several hours, either by the box or individually, if you want to serve them cold. You can also reheat them from frozen for 30 minutes at 120°C or for 30 seconds in the microwave

Recipe
Rolled Salmon Wrap
- Unfold a Cocotine Egg Wrap on your worktop.
- Cover the entire surface of the Egg Wrap with cheese spread.
- Add half a tomato, cut into thin slices, on top of the cheese, as well as a slice of salmon and some finely chopped dill.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll the Egg Wrap tightly.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
