Recipe

Salted waffle topping

  • Scrambled eggs
  • Waffle
  • Bacon
  • Peppers
  • Herbs (coriander or parsley)

Fry bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Cut peppers into thin strips and sauté until tender and lightly browned.

Heat the waffles in a frying pan, then add the scrambled eggs on top, followed by the crispy bacon and peppers.

Add a sprinkling of fresh herbs to garnish.

Enjoy the waffles immediately, accompanied by pastries or fresh fruit for a balanced breakfast!
